When using our plugin to upload your Revit model, sometimes the network setting or firewall may block the plugin from uploading the model to Modelo. If you see the error dialogue window when trying to upload a model from Revit, you can choose to save the processed Revit file locally and then upload it through web browser, which in most case are not blocked by such network setting or firewall.

1. Depends on the way your network is set up, you may see such error message when using plugin to upload a Revit model:
2. Check the option to "Save Local" so the processed Revit model will be saved to your local drive instead of upload directly to your account.
3. Choose the location to save the processed Revit file. The file will be in .m3d format.
4. Using web browser to direcly upload the .m3d file to your account.
