If you are a Company Owner, Admin, or Team Member wondering why you can't see every project in the company's account this article is for you.
Company Owner /Admin: There are a few reasons you may not be seeing all of the projects you know your colleagues are working on within Modelo in your Project List page.
- You might have the permission for all users to Create Projects turned on in the permissions section under your Plan. To change this click Plan then select the Customize Permissions button to turn "Create Projects" permission off.
As the Company Owner you should still be able to see all of the projects your users created in their company accounts from your Profile page. In Profile, you will see a list of active projects. You then have the option to Join or Delete any project in the account. Please be aware that if you are not a member of a project you will not see it in your Projects List Page (the first page you see when you log in).
- The project was created prior to a user joining your official company account. This actually happens quite frequently. A user will test Modelo out with a free user account using their work email address. Then an official company account is created and they're invited, the projects they created before joining won't show up to a Company Account Owner in the Profile page under 'active projects' or the Projects List page unless the company account owner is a member of that project.
To solve this issue ask the project creator to follow these instructions to transfer the project to the company.
- Team Members are using the Getting Started Projects that come with every user's account to learn how to use Modelo for their company projects. If you have the permission for team members to create a project turned off then this may happen. Be sure to let your colleagues know they need to go through you to have a new project created. If they're unaware of this they may use the Getting Started Project as a work around to continue using Modelo for their work.
Getting Started Projects will be locked for model upload and inviting other users for enterprise accounts in a future release.
Team Member: There's only one reason you can't see every project in the company in your Projects List page - you weren't invited. If you are not invited to a project it will not be displayed for you as a Team Member user.
